Hacking? this is seriously wierd.

get a load of this. U may not see it at first but this is a screen shot of my allies hc in game.

His hc is level 15, yet he has 2 factories spahi and well... allot of cards that require a level 25hc at minimum.

when u buy a new expansion your rank resets... but you still keep all the home cards from the previous expansion and your home cities. he might have been a higher rank in TWC or in vanilla and is still using the same home city with TAD

yes i know. But in order for that particular home city to be level 15 he would have got it there on TWC or AOE:III. But the fact is that he would not have gotten those cards on either of those games because he needs it level 25 for factories.

There is no way around having a level 25 civ to get factories. He has 2 of them!
It really dont make sense to me. My home cities carried over and I had to rechoose all of the cards. I have all the cards coz my hc was like level 120.

You dont need level 25 for factory.

ooh lol, thats where im wrong. I have only ever played russia at a low level lol. I thought all European civs only got 2 factories at level 25.

ma bad, i still dont see how this guy can get so many dang cards at level 15 tho. He got all the spahi cards.
