i had 3 screen shot but how to upload this post tell me

you find the screen shots somewhere on the web (may need to upload with an image host. www.photobucket.com for example).

Then you get the link to the image on the web and post it between:

[img] and then again [#img]

# represents a /

I cant put the / in thre coz then it will look like this:

[img][/img]

and you wont be able to see what i did.

Anyway, then you can simply post it on here.

To find out the URL of a picture then you simply right click on it and click properties, and then the URL will come up amongst a number of other things.
